Zvishavane is witnessing a significant transformation with the construction of modern FBC Flats and tarred roads in Midlands Park, providing residents with improved living conditions and infrastructure.
Zvishavane, in a bid to improve the living standards of its residents, Zvishavane has witnessed significant developments in recent times. The construction of modern FBC houses, which is a commercial bank, will lead to standardization in Zvishavane.
Midlands Park has brought a new lease of life to the area, providing residents with stylish and comfortable housing which is upstairs and is affordable.
The new flats are a welcome relief for Midlands State University students, who have been struggling with accommodation shortages. The surplus accommodation provided by the Flats will go a long way in alleviating the housing crisis, allowing students to focus on their studies without worrying about where to live.
“I’m happy about the building of new infrastructure here in Zvishavane as students as there will no longer be the crisis of the shortage of accommodating and it will lead to decline of the prices of the boarding houses.” said one of the Midlands State University Students.
In addition to the Flats, the tarred road in Fort has improved infrastructure in the area, making it easier for residents to commute and access essential services. The development is a testament to the efforts being made to improve the lives of Zvishavane's residents.
